Meet Our Founder
From the buzzing BPO corridors of early-2000s Mumbai to steering one of India’s freshest digital experience startups, Kamlesh’s journey has been anything but linear — and that's exactly what makes it meaningful.
He began his career in quality and training, rising quickly through the ranks in global BPOs and staffing firms like Kelly Services and DDI India. It was at DDI India, a global leader in behavioral assessments, where he first fell in love with the science behind human decision-making and behavioral psychology.
That spark evolved into expertise as he transitioned into high-impact business development roles, helping Indian startups like AssessHub scale their client base and credibility.
In 2019, he pivoted full-time to entrepreneurship with Riyo Moda Enterprises — building it into a debt-free, asset-backed brand despite the pandemic’s blow.
Today, with Kugo, he is bringing together years of behavioral assessments insight, product intuition, and commercial wisdom to help Indian and global brands create user experiences that don’t just work — but win hearts.
